Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Half of the treatment price will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time. No-shows are charged in full.
Appointments are necessary for all spa and lash services, but drop-ins are welcome as the schedule sometimes permits. A credit card guarantee is required for all new lash clients.
Please note that a late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Arriving 15 mins after the appointment time will result in a necessary rescheduling of the service and one half of the treatment price will be charged.
